Virtual Charter Schools

Transfer into Public Virtual Charter Schools 

In order to transfer to a public virtual charter school you must submit in writing, an intent to enroll to the Banks School District. Questions about enrollment procedures should be directed to the specific charter school.

Per ODE a district may release up to 3% of it’s student population to public virtual charter schools. If a district has reached its 3% cap, the intent to enroll may be denied .
