Strategize Plan Steering Committee
About the Committee
The Banks School District is engaging in a collaborative process to develop a vision of success for our organization. We will use the process to develop a strategic plan and an application to the Oregon Department of Education (know as Integrated Guidance) for significant grant funding.
Participation in this committee will ensure that all stakeholders are represented during this critical process. From the individuals who express interest, we will select a team of up to 15 who represent our leadership team, employee groups, parents, and community leaders. We will offer diverse viewpoints as we sift through input to develop the best plan.
