If you are picking your student up in the DRIVE UP LINE only, your child will now be a "wheels" child.
They will be waiting out front.
If you are getting out of your car or walking to the school to pick up your child, they are a "meet and greet" child and will be
out back on the playground.
Please discuss this and decide if your child will be a
"wheels" or a "meet and greet" child each day.
Also, kindergarten and 1st grade students will need to be signed-out with the adult on duty.
This change is a result of the extreme foot traffic in front of the school during dismissal time. We appreciate your help in making this transition to the new procedures
as smooth as possible.

Birthday treats for the 2017-18 school year
Due to the increased number of students with gluten intolerance, food allergies, and sensitivity to food dyes we are requesting that parents DO NOT bring food treats to school for student birthdays. We recently spoke as an entire staff and agreed that this has become an issue of inequity, safety, and emotional distress.
On a related topic, please make sure that birthday invitations are only sent to school if they are intended for the entire class or all boys or all girls. Thank you for your support!
